I just did day 1 today and really liked it. I previously had tried the sample workout and was meh about the DJ, but today I liked it. Life is busy for me right now and these fit the bill for good workout and shorter duration.

Are these pretty much endurance based or do they work up to heavy lifting?

Endurance based, for the most part. The lower body routine is slow enough to lift moderately heavy weights. (Key word there is “moderately”)
