I just let both my Women's Health & Shape subscriptions expire. I'm not interested in how celebrities keep in shape. I used to subscribe to Prevention, but it's gotten so expensive, unless I happen upon a rare sale for it through
www.Discountmags.com I highly recommend this website--their sale prices are great. They should be having a health & fitness magazine sale for the New Year's. I will try to post once I find out.

Experience Life is all about health and fitness (mental and physical).
I stopped reading Shape at least 5 years ago. For some reason I have kept an old copy from the 90's with Kathy Smith and three other well known trainers on the cover. I looked through it not long ago and was surprised that it was all about fitness, not at all like it's been in recent years. I'm so glad I have it. I am a bit nostalgic about Shape, it's where I first saw an ad for Collage in 95. That issue had two articles that helped me so much in starting my regular fitness journey. Susan |

I still have that same issue! Gin Miller, Tamilee Webb, Kathy Smith, Candice Copeland and Kari Anderson on the cover. Shape magazine was also my introduction to Collage and the world of workout videos. I also have the issue from the 90s that lists the 15 essential videos everyone should own - I remember some Karen Voight and Gin Millers on the list.
