Same! I still have all of Kathy's walking workouts plus one from Madeleine Lewis that I use for outdoor walking.

I even have that Margaret Richard one walking in Paris? But it's too goofy for me!

I lost most of my audio workouts when my old laptop died. But I still have some on CD - Cardio Coach, Kathy Smith, Debbie Rocker. I also have some Yoga Tune Ups on CD. Amy Bento had some good music, they're not actually audio workouts, but they are good to use on the rebounder

Yes! Faithful Workouts has audio workouts that I used to listen to almost everyday when the weather was nicer. I liked the outdoor walking ones with intervals.

There's an outdoor walking audio workout that came with an indoor "walking" workout by Chris Freytag in a Prevention workout a long time ago. I used to love the audio workout (it was interval training with good music), but my portable cd player died, and I can't use the cd any more.

I have my Cardio Coach workouts backed up in several ways just in case. I ordered the CDs since I was on dial-up when they first came out (have since switched to cable internet). I imported them to iTunes on my laptop and they're synced on my iPod. I also have them saved to a portable hard drive and a flash drive.

i ripped mine to my laptop, then saved it on my mp3 player. you can save it on your phone too.

i agree, i like Chris's audio too.

another one i like: Ellen Barrett's walking audio CD from the Weight Watchers set.

also - Brooke Siler's Pilates CD set, although i haven't used it in a long time.

I use my Yoga Download audio practices occasionally. Never grows old, especially with yoga where audio cues are pretty much all I need except when they are doing something super creative (non-traditional!) I still have my Cardio Coach collection -- loved 'em way back when I had a spinning bike at home but since I got rid of it to spend more time walking and biking outdoors (because the weather here is amazing for most of the year), I only think of them nostalgically (I really like Coach Sean and it always saddens me to remember he's passed away...)
