Equipment: dumbbells (pair of 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, one 20 lb bell) club step w/risers high step w/risers yoga mat firewalker band/resistance band 3 lb weighted balls foam roller ankle weights stability ball DVDs: Most of my Cathes Most of my Firms Most of my Jane Fondas All of my Margaret Richard (4 DVDs) Jari Love Ripped Minna Lessig 1 Minute Workout BeFit 30 Day Butt Lift DOTI Tummy Tone Party Zone Denise Beatty Fitness Fix Beginner (mainly for foam roller segment) Most if not all my Yoga Zone DVDs Sara Ivanhoe Yoga Makeover DVD 5 Day Fit Yoga all my pilates DVDs my smallish step workout collection (3 DVDs, handful VHS) Caribbean Workout Aerobics Leslie Sansone (3 DVDs, for sure 2 of the 3) That is most of what I already have, there are a few that I left off, notably my 2 WHFN compilation DVDs, I really don't think I would replace those. But who knows.... |

I’d replace all my Stephanie Huckabee (including her WW and Firm workouts) my Yoga Burn (Zoe Bray Cotton), Jessica Smith, and some Denise Austin and Suzanne Bowen workouts. I’m aiming for a minimum of equipment. I’ve had pretty much every piece of equipment over the years and what I’ve used the most are my yoga mat and resistance bands.
