Hilliard video - is the same as the dvd?

Hi. I’ve been debating whether to buy the Hilliard DVDs and found this video online. For those of you with the DVDs is this the same as the full body workout dvd?

Thanks

Wow that's a good find! Yes it is the same as the total body DVD!

It seemed like the upper body workout goes on and on! I haven’t actually done it yet. Did it feel like that when doing it? Good job on completing it!

Yes, the UB section is long and hard! It was fairly light on thighs, though. And seat was shorter than most barre workouts. It's definitely (IMO) and UB focused workout.

I got the DVD last year and still need to try it. I have their poolside Sculpt DVD and like it, but haven't tried the Red Pants Workout and Band Sculpt.

How come there's no type of warm-up at all for this workout? Is that just the style of the work or does it assume you've already warmed up?

Yeah, I don't know and I don't like it! Warm-ups are important. There is a nice stretch at the end, though. It felt a tiny bit rushed to me, but it was thorough.
