I am not sure how long this will last, but I am assuming until tomorrow night.

Les Mills is sharing 6 of their newest On Demand releases on a fundraising page for Unicef.

I'm already a member and have done several of these workouts already, and they are all great.

I love Les Mills On Demand! It's great to be able to finally do their workouts without having to be a member at a gym.

If you click on youtube lower right cornerof the top video, you will see the workout on youtube, making it easier for those who download from youtube.

Thank you for posting this! I saw it this morning and went downstairs and did Bodypump and absolutely am in love! In fact, I'm ready to announce to my family that i will not buy DVDs anymore- holy cow! My question is the cost- is it really only $12.99 a month? or am I missing something?

I’ve been wanting to try their streaming. Did Bodycombat this morning, absolutely loved it. I’m really considering subscribing. I️ have all the equipment from Beachbody’s Pump.

Kathleen, you are not missing anything. It is a fantastic deal. I have been subscribing on and off since the beginning. It is very easy to cancel months when you want a break. I am currently subscribed for a year which was only $108 when they had a special last December.

I also dabble in BeachBody On Demand and Cathe, but Les Mills is my main subscription because they have so many great workouts with fun music. I still haven't been able to use all the workouts. I actually like everything they offer, so it is a ton of variety for me. The only thing really missing from their offerings is some heavy lifting.
