- Pilates Gymball workout with Lucy Knight (50 min.) +
- Roll Off The Pounds Aerobic Gymball workout: Strech only (10 min.). Both workouts are from the same instructor, I found them both on youtube, I liked them! The Pilates one was very relaxing, the aerobic one looked fun. Quote:
