Margaret Richard's Sculpture, especially the upper body work. It has a dread factor for me.

Tonique. I haven't done it in ages. It just exhausts me!

Definitely Tonique. Addicted to Movement and Femme Fatale are so hard! I was too intimidated to try Royale.

This is actually a very good program. Much better than your average band wagon, here-today-gone-tomorrow fare. But it is a tough program so it will likely sit on your shelf if you are not in the mood to work.

I agree with the Horizontal Conditioning, Dream Body, and Tonique mentions.

In the past I have done Tonique and Dream Body enough that they were no longer 100% grueling (but I did cap myself at 90 minutes of Tonique), but I never could get to that point with HoCo despite my efforts! Hats off to anyone who can do HoCo with any amount of ease.

For me, it's all about my weight. Of course it takes strength, but honestly if I'm even 5lbs heavier HoCo gets exponentially harder for every extra ounce.
