Reviving old thread-are there any more thoughts on this set?

It looks like one practice is backbends, which I cannot do at all. Are there modifications shown? Thanks!

I made it through about 4 or 5 of the practices and so far haven't touched it again. I love the concept of live music with yoga, but for me it is too much yoga speak, too "artsy" which I really don't care about. I am sure I will use the DVDs again, but for me this was not one of my best purchases.

I do kundalini yoga so these things do not bother me.

I bought it but haven't used it (no reflection on the set, I'm just suffering from rotator cuff tendinosis). However, I wanted to note that Udaya is having a 35% off sale today with code MOM15.
