Rejuvenation Total Firm & Fit Kit workout DVD?
Saw this on youtube and like how she uses the resistance band. I couldn't find it on Amazon, where could I preview or find this dvd/workout?
I would definitely have a reason to buy the bodylastic resistance bands lol |

I had gotten one of her kits at GNC for like 12.99. It had the resistance band the dvd a stretching band and dvd with a walking workout on it and it had her book. Sear on line also use to sell these and I think also on her website.

Saw this kit & more at Marshall's
I saw three of Kathy Smith's kits, including the Total Firm & Fit kit, at Marshall's last week. I think it was $12.99 or $15.99. I can't remember.
It's worth checking if you're interested in the DVD.
