Thanks!
The dvd's have pictures on the front with green lettering ("Skogg"). I'm not sure if they are DVD-R's.

I think pressed DVDs and DVD-R's can have any graphic on the front (top). It's the back side (bottom) that can usually help determine which kind of discs they are.

They are silver on the back. I previewed one of the dvd's this morning. On the first dvd, there are four workouts, which comprise the 6 moves I mentioned earlier. Each workout seems to have one extra rep of the same workout on it. I haven't touched the others yet, but I will be adding this to my rotation on Monday. I'll get to the 2nd dvd next week.

LOL, shortie!

Then I'll continue with my train of thought:

Here's some info from Sue Skogg:

Just an update. All of the pre-orders have shipped. Our new website, www.skoggsystem.com will be functioning on thursday, so anyone who who buys the dvd between now and thursday will still receive the wrist bands as a preorder gift. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order.
It turned out awesome!

How long are the workouts?

Is there a rotation?

What all really comes with it?

I just looked at the leaves dvd. The first workout is 12 minutes, the last is a little over 30 minutes. I think the workouts get longer as the series goes on.

You get the dvds in a paper folder, along with the wrist bands. These a very nice bands that cover a good portion of the arm. I have to say that I liked the tutorial a good deal...he helped me with my form from the instructional video.
