Visually these workouts are so uplifting but ugh it's so frustrating to stream in my neck of the woods!!

My smart TV isn't in my workout area but I could change that if I had to. However, when I tried to cast to the TV, it kept disconnecting from Wifi. It will only mirror screen from my phone if it's connected to my Wifi. Then when I'd finally get it to connect the feed would buffer or freeze.
I tried connecting my laptop with an HDMI to the TV but the workout was just a black screen because the video would never load. I wasted a solid hour trying to make it work before I realized how late it was.

All of which reminded me how glad I am I have DVDs. Which is what I promptly did but hated that I never got to try a workout.

Thank you so much Sherry, I've always wanted to give it a try but since BodyJam is not offered ( and it's my fave along with BC ) and I have other streaming subscriptions I never did before !

You are welcome! They have a few dance workouts called "Dance Like Nina" that are basically Body Jam on there.

Just wanted to say I was able to complete a Les Mills Body Combat workout today without the workout freezing on me. Yay! Good thing it is a 30 day trial instead of the usual 14 because for 2 weeks I wasn't able to get workouts to play without their site freezing on me. Looks like they have beefed up their system. I still want to try one of their CX Worx workouts; I love a good core workout!

I got so very frustrated with the site, that I gave up!
I was due to cancel by tomorrow and had my mind set up to do so.

Now with this post, I will go and see if it's better.
