But yeah, shipping in general is S-L-O-W, so give it a few days. I'm not knocking postal workers; I know they have had a huge increase in business due to Covid-19. I'm thankful they are still working!

That is very odd. I order often from Etsy and have yet to run into anyone who doesn't use USPS or another service that offers tracking.

I ordered a personalized dog tag once on Etsy and that didn't have tracking because it was so light weight that she could just mail it in an envelope with a stamp (otherwise to get it with tracking the minimum is over $2.70 for shipping to send it first class parcel). I think it took about 9 days to reach me and that was last year. I wouldn't worry yet.

Doesn't Etsy's website give you some advice on when to report?
Check this page, and see what the options are. https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases?..._user_menu-txs All mine are currently marked as delivered and I can't remember what it says when an item is in processing or on the way. If I remember, the software itself won't let you report a problem before a certain date. (Could be wrong, it's been a while since I had any issues)

If it makes you feel any better I ordered from Mary on 3/31 and my order still hasn't arrived. In fact, last week in general I don't know for sure if my mail carrier came every day. I think the mail is just slow. My brother is also a postal worker, and he says it's very crazy right now.
Of course, that doesn't explain why no tracking number. Was your item very light, like Malia's (lovely name, BTW)?

Our mail is also very slow. We seem to only be getting junk mail.
I live in Nj and mailed a package by Priority Mail to New York on Monday morning and it has not arrived yet.
