Asking about DVDs
I just want to thank everyone who has replied to my plea for video advice.
What I found was I have had each of the DVDs, recommended because Amazon tells you when you bought something..... Well, I guess, that's good and stinky cause, I had what I needed and didn't know it. so, now I'm buying them again. it feels like what I had was what I needed all the time.. Especially the Annette Fletcher one. Amazon told me I bought this in 2008.  shows me not to try to keep up with the Jones and do what I like. I don't think I was as intoned to my body as I am now. Older and Wiser
