I was afraid I'd have to go lighter with my weights since I was sick last week, but no! I came back strong. The extra rest was good for me. I feel awesome!

It was my first time trying Afterburn's Double Trouble Premix - loved it!! Love the sequence of the drills with very little downtime or repetition.....I'll be doing Afterburn using this premix from now on...even when wanting a 25 min. w/o (just do 1/2)!

Leslie's Walk Down Your Blood Sugar - 2 miles. I love this workout. Very basic and simple yet it makes me feel good, physically and emotionally. Hope I can add another workout later.
