Floor work at the end is OK because I can skip that. I just don't like the going up and down in the middle of the workout. Although I have been known to jog during those times.

I went back to Cassy's thread again. I did TJ Turbo Sculpt today based on that thread. I skipped the floorwork at the end. I enjoyed this workout and will have to do it on a regular basis. I really felt the upper body work.

I feel the same way. I think this is what stopped me from doing some of the peak fit work outs. If I go up and down and up and down it bugs me.

Cardio Core is pretty lame, imho. It reminds me of the first part of burn it up, but taken down several notches.
