Breakdown of Totally Ripped Core

I am still on the fence about this one. Does anyone have a breakdown? I just don't want to spend an hour of my life planking and crunching. Thanks!!!

I ordered this dvd and have done it 2 times..it works the core but i seem to have a certain dread factor. I find that BH is not my style at all. Very dry, not supremely motivating at all. The clips look like it is a fun hard work out...I find it missing in the fun factor. I am sure it would be effective if i could actually drag myself to do it..

I've just ordered it from Mary yesterday after reviewing the exercises. Sounds tough! I'm not a big BH fan, but I can actually tolerate him in the Cardio whatever DVD.

I like this one. I find I work up a nice sweat from it and it works other areas of my body, not just my core. I'm a huge BH fan.

I checked this out 2x so far from my library and the only thing I have done is the express workout.

I just posted this in the bargain section as well, but several of Bob Harper's dvds, including TRC, are on sale at Amazon for 7.99 -- Pure Strength 7.49.

I like this one a lot, but I like all of Bob's workouts. I find him very motivating and his workouts very effective, but they are very, very tough.
