Leslie's Walk 15

Just saw this posted on FB:

"We are SO excited to release the NEW Walk 15 series! This 15-mile system is like NO OTHER! It's jam-packed with calorie blasting, super sweaty FUN miles! One of our favorite features is the MUSIC! Walk along to some of your favorite tunes like "Dance to the Music!

The Walk 15 series is coming soon!"

Hoping its a new DVD set! Can't help it....I'm a die hard Leslie fan

I just have to comment that I took out a couple Leslie's from the library to do with a fitness group at work during lunch. I actually really liked her for low impact movement on the lunch hour. I love her personality. I honesty thought it was going to be a bunch of marching and arm movements, but she adds a lot to the workout and she changes it up quickly.

I have been falling in LOVE with Leslie, which is weird, cause I'm a Cathe and Crossfit fan.

But Leslie makes cardio almost fun. Its easy, I can zone out, but still get my heartrate up, and she's fun.

I've ordered so many Leslie workouts in the last 4 months lol. Ordered more just last night.

Do you have this 5 Mile Advanced Walk?

It has a walk with weights, a walk with the Walk Belt, and a walk with a stretchie band, plus two different fast walks with no equipment. Love the variety!

Meanwhile, I would like to hear more about the 15 mile one

On her Walk at Home subscription, several of the 15 minute walks have been shared over the last few months as well as a couple on youtube. There are previous VF threads about them.

There were a lot of comments on FB asking if it was a DVD set or not and I haven't seen any response from the Leslie group.

It would be great to have it on DVD, as I did enjoy the 15 minute walks on youtube. I was hoping she would have put more up on you tube but it seems as if she put them up on her paid site.

I do this workout often. I like that the pace is fast and you can get 5 miles in in about an hour with variety!

no dvds ..... yet
just streaming through the daily walk subscription if scheduled that month
