Thanks for posting this, I am going to try it too. I think 30 minute or so workouts are perfect for getting my mojo back.

Looks like a nice rotation. I will have to try it when I am back in to Cathe. Right now just taking a break from her and all the high impact stuff.

Good rotation. I want to try this. Since being on days for the past 3 years I've been hitting or missing it with my weights and doing walking and stretching only. I've been thinking that I need to work in at least 20-30 minutes in the morning for some weight work. Thanks for posting.
