I've just seen some new Roku channel ads,
and one was for SKOGG.

I don't kettlebell it, but I'm sure some VF'ers do!!

Even when you "buy" a Roku channel, they can still remove the channel. Something to think about when considering the cost of something.

I wouldn't pay $39.99 for Roku access to the Skogg workouts. That's only half off the retail price of the DVD set, and it doesn't seem like enough of a bargain to me.

Of course, I'm cheap about these things.

Is that access to the DVD set or to his new virtual offerings?

He also just opened a virtual channel with performance-based stuff for youth athletes (they offer it to individuals as well as schools and coaches, that sort of thing). He really gives excellent instruction and I'm thinking about signing up my son...

I can't tell - they let you view screen shots but they are so small! The first screen shot says "101 Instructional" - that's the only thing I can read.

I wonder if its the same format as the itunes store. It is a bit pricey for a roku channel, but if it's like the itunes channel it's a one-time fee for "4 unique workouts with 4 different fitness levels (16 total workouts)".

I posted a question on facebook to see if they'll give some additional info.
