Pull up Assist bands
Does anyone use pull up assist bands? Which brand do you recommend? There r also several products on Amazon which are sort of similar to bands like this one:

I have an assortment of Body Bands that have been performing well for a few years. That way, I can use the band that gives me the assistance I need for different rep schemes.
You can buy them individually or as a set. They are great for travel workouts too, because you can do squats, suitcase deadlifts, rows, oh press, etc with them. |
