JNL not loud & obnoxious?!

I was looking at the sales on Mary's site and saw that the old DVDs that JNL did are on sale. It's hard to believe that's her. She's so quiet and calm!

(I love the JNL set and she really doesn't bother me, I just thought this was such a drastic change!)

For beginner workouts, are her older workouts any good? I've never tried JNL or these.

They look good, for beginners or an easy day. I'm getting them from Netflix to try.

I thought the same. Couldn't believe it was the same woman. I don't have JNL Fusion tho I am always tempted to get it. Is it just hype--her personality in those workouts?
