Donna-they usually do the Bikini Series, a Fall Challenge, and a Love Your Body New Year challenge(this year the New Year Challenge was a bit different). They always put out a weekly schedule.

They post all of their rotations on their website. You could go back to when the challenge started in April or May I think.

I like the videos, but don't always like streaming. These are shorter than Beach Babe 3, but there's more of them. I personally like the BB3 DVD better.

They typically don't send rotations with the sets.

Their website says you will receive a printed rotation in the mail when you order the downloads. I just wanted to see what it looks before I get them. Thanks.

Can you still buy these down loads.I guess they are not on DVD?I would love these in DVD.I go to order on their site and it says page isn't there? I would love to have these I just don't know how to get them.
