Also, Madeline Lewis has a walking workout that has several different titles. Gaiam and their repackaging. The one I have is Get Moving Walking for Weight Loss.

Ellen Barrett has two Prevention DVDs called Express Belly Blast and Walk Off Belly Fat. I should get mine out soon, they're both good workouts.

Prevention workouts. I never bought I’d be doing any walking workouts, and definitely not any prevention workouts. But I have come to appreciate and like their walking workouts for those days that I just want to get moving and do something and not have to jump around. I still love my high impact workouts but not all the time, and these fit the bill and works for me, for those days.

Also Katina hunter’s interval party workouts. Simple, but effective. She does some impact moves, but their very easily modified.

I like this workout. I also like the two Debbie Rocker workouts I have. They are filmed outside and she offers nice encouraging comments.

George Foreman and Petra Kolber did 8 walking workouts: Walk It Off with George. You can find copies on Amazon. STOTT Pilates also did 4 walks, led by PJ O'Clair.

I love this workout!! It's filmed outside in a pavilion of sorts. Beautiful scenery. This is one of my favorite walking workouts.

There's a Kathy Smith workout called Power Walk for Weight Loss plus her very old March to Fitness. There's also Amy Bento's Hip Hop Walk.
