I'm checking in to report a rest day today. I got my first vaccine on Wednesday afternoon. I felt fine yesterday, but I just don't feel great today - nothing bad, just not good. My coworkers that also got it are having the same kind of day, so I'm going to sit today out. I'll catch up over the weekend.
I'm feeling much better, but my weekend didn't have any formal workouts. That's not to say I didn't move. I had over 12000 steps on Saturday working on our new out building, and yesterday was more work on that as well.
I'm planning on starting Week 2 of mbf even though I missed a couple of workouts at the end of the week. My goal this week is to get them all in.
