Hi!

Yesterday was a Peloton 30 Min. 80's Boot Camp using the treadmill. The music was awesome, of course, and I actually ran some! Go me! I would like to get in a workout today, but I am not going to beat myself up if I don't get it in - Friday's are grocery days after work. But, I'm excited to work out both days this weekend and get ready for mbf on Monday!

Have a great day!

Hi-

Jen- good for you! Do you have a Peloton, or, do you use the app?

Today I did most of Gilad w/o 1 on Total Body Sculpt vol 1. I was interrupted at the end by my new mattress being delivered. The old one was nicknamed Sparta because it was extremely firm (that’s a generous description). So, I’m looking forward to some peaceful sleep.

Have a great Saturday!

Lori

Hi-

Today was Cathe Live- In the Ring (4/4/19). Good one.

Sparta’s replacement is much more comfortable. I went with Saatva after reading many reviews. I believe it is comparable to the Simmons ones I did test. Those mattress salespeople are horrible.

Have you tried Kelly’s Build and Burn? I may give those a try soon.

Have a great night!

Lori

Hi!

This weekend became more of a functional fitness weekend than planned workouts. We had BF's son, and since BF is still a little dizzy, that meant more work for me since he's special needs. Yesterday, we worked in our new out building that he built, and I painted the entire interior. I was whipped. Needless to say I didn't get to start mbf like I had planned. It won't be this week either, because we're getting at least one grand, and they sleep in my workout room. I'm planning Peloton's this week.

Lori - I don't have a Peloton bike. I use the app. I project it to my TV, and it's great. I can use it with my spin bike or treadmill, and now they have other classes without equipment, so I'll try some of those this week.

I have KCM's Build and Burn. I really like those workouts. My favorite ones are the Upper Body, the Lower Body Tabata (which isn't a cardio tabata), and Trim & Tone Intervals. They are short, but that leaves more time for a walk or something else. Hope this helps!

Bita - I'm glad you're enjoying Liift4! We may end up doing mbf together later on after all!

Have a great day!
