So that was the infamous "dork dance" then?

So today I did bellydance slim down. Now I did a week of old firms, and slim down kicked my behind a bit! I could really, really feel my glutes, calves, and upper legs burning!

Tom Holland's Total Body Workout.

I keep a large post-it inside each of my cases, and the last time I did this one was in 2005. yow-za!

this is a basic, no-nonsense workout.

I was kinda laughing to myself because he reminds me of a totally muscular Steve Carell.

This is a neat thread! You all are making me kind of sorry I got rid of my entire collection of Firm VHS tapes, but I sold everything when I moved across the country. I got sick of having all their crazy equipment lying around, too, LOL.

On Monday I did Jennifer Kries Hot Body Cool Mind Level 2 mix. I still have her Precision Pilates set and all of her Pilates Method set. Its been ages since I just did a plain old Pilates mat set, and then I followed it with her Hatha Yoga segment. It felt great and I really felt it in my deep core and stabilizers the next day.

I did Jari Love's Get Ripped. It has been years since I've done this one.

I did Charlene Prickett's Step It Off, Step It All Off today. Surprisingly intense workout given that it is relatively low-impact - a few flyovers across the top of the step and some hop turns, but otherwise very little jumping. Love the lack of TIFTT.

Since I did an OOOLLLD workout yesterday, thought I'd post it here:

Cathe's Mega Stap Blast

They had white lacy lycra shorty shorts, with g-tards (thong leotards) that were hot pink. Cathe's hair is curly, and Cede was there!!

I did Volume 6 of the FIRM Classics (Boomers) last week and was inspired to do the old FIRM 90 Day Rotation. So far I have done Tough Tape and Day 4 of More 5-Day Abs (Pam). Awesome!!
