I did that one yesterday. Mr. Vintage (aka Alton) is quite an inspiration!

I used to love that section, too, but it's been long enough since I last did it that I'm not positive I still would. I just don't remember it well enough.

Do you have the new DVD version? I'm assuming it is chaptered since Fitness Favorites has been doing that as they rerelease things. At the least I'd expect a chapter mark between the two main sections.

Today, DH did Aaron Lankford's Power Kicks (1999). It is a real sweatfest.

Aaron was really popular at VF for a while and had a few videos out. Then, there was some kind of trouble and he didn't make any more.

Here is a photo of him with Chuck Norris, back in the day:

Kathy Smith's March to fitness(1993). And yes, I did the chant.

No, I have the old Goodtimes DVD, which has no chaptering at all. Goodtimes just didn't understand DVD at all.

I did Denise Austin's Power Kickboxing yesterday! Oh, the glorious era when instructors had their names lit up in neon in the background, and bouncy synthesizer music! Denise cues something gawd-awful, and all the trite sayings are on full display. But I really like this workout when all's said and done!

I completely forgot I even had this one until you mentioned it. I loved it back in the day

No, they did not. That's why I never replaced the VHS tape and haven't done it in years. I have to use really light weights due to hand issues now and I don't remember if this one would be worthwhile at three pounds or less. I guess I should look at clips but it's not feeling urgent.

Yesterday, I did Cory Everson's Basic Sculpting System: Hips, Thighs & Calves (1995).

Cory's BSS set is one of my favorite weight training sets. The workouts are short and effective. They all clock in at about a half an hour. She goes at a reasonable pace and doesn't rep you to death. I like that there are stretches between sets.

Too bad they will probably never be out on DVD.

Oh, and DH did the old "Sinister Sisters" CIA 2102 Power Bar Training (2001) workout. It goes on for hours and one of the sisters has dreadful posture throughout the whole workout. I only keep this one because he likes it.
