TB: Lower Body Express Premix

Can someone tell me what exercises are in this Turbo Barre premix? Is it just all the lower body stuff or are there some sets/reps left out? Thanks!

Hi,

Here is the breakdown:
Lower Body Express- 52:21
Warm up
Leg work with firewalker loops
Ballet barre leg conditioning
-Thigh focus
-Glutes/hamstring focus
-Hip & outer thigh focus
-Calf raises
Stretch

This is just something I need to throw in here. I remember getting really excited awhile back because I was told Cathe's workouts all had great premixes including Express options so I traded for a few of her DVDs, thing is most of the "Express" options I have seen are really long, well over 45-50 minutes I was so bummed because when I hear Express I think of a MUCH shorter workout option. I was really disappointed
Just wanted to vent.......sorry

I felt the same way when I saw how long the express workouts were. I was looking for something in the 20-30 min range but none of the premixes/express in this set are that short. So I can relate to what you were feeling.

Glad I'm not alone, Deb. Express means short, quick to me and I'm sure to many others. Sometimes Cathe's Express workouts are actually longer then the main ones
