what is the maximum poundage that the barbell brackets (I think they refer to them as clips) hold?

Do not load more than 90 lbs on the weight bar at any time (45 lbs per side). |

The max weight for the bar is 90 pounds but it also says there’s a max user weight of 350 pounds and that the weight of the bar plus the user weight shouldn’t exceed 350 pounds
They said that better than I did but I couldn’t cut and paste it for some reason.
