I think I almost like the sound of this better than her new cardio one, though that one with all its premixes looks good, too. Anyway, mtnmom, if you're reading, I'll bet you recognize that backdrop!

I was thinking of getting it before seeing the clip but now I might be too scared to use it

The upper body work seems too hard for me. I wonder if there is a premix just for the lower body work.

That's funny, because I was thinking the same thing. It looks so good and I do want it...love the outdoor setting!!, but I'm a bit scared. It looks pretty tough. I was actually watching the clip and trying a few of the moves to see if I could do them. It is sitting in my cart waiting for me to decide. It looks pretty good though. I may give it a try and if not then return (though I hate to do that). But what if I miss out and its great??

This looks like a good workout w/ different variations of common gliding exercises. Thanks for posting the clip. I saw that it was on sale at Fitflix for $14.95. Did anyone else notice that the gliding discs look really flat? The pair I have don't look like that, maybe they redesigned them.

ETA: the total price for the DVD from TotalFitness or Fitflix is about the same w/ tax & shipping ($21 & some change). TotalFitness has the sale price for $17.95 (so you don't qualify for free shipping), but her shipping is cheaper than Fitflix (about $2.50 per single disc in the States vs. Fit Flix's shipping cost of $5).

These are the gliding discs designed for use on hardwood or smooth floors. Mindy is working out on a smooth exercise mat so she's using these.

The smooth floor discs are more like padded nylon discs, like backpack "Cordura" material. The ones for carpeting are hard plastic frisbee-like discs.
