When I first ordered, I got the Back Kit from www.allaboutmassagers.com
I decided I couldn't wait for the DVDs, and ordered the Total Body workout from them, too. They came in about a week. Now that the DVDs are out, I went to the Yamuna site and ordered a green ball, and a couple of DVDs a few days ago, and hope they ship as quickly. I can't wait to try the leg routine - they do a little on the Total Body, but not as much as I want. I've got the book, and can do it from that, but I find it so much easier to use a video/DVD, and more relaxing, since I don't have to think - just breathe, and relax.

Sideline body rolling video.
For those of you who have purchased the sideline body rolling video: what do you think of this? I've read lots of comments about the back routine and the Total Body workout, but was really interested in knowing more about the sideline. It's described in what I've read on web sites as being very comprehensive. Could someone please discuss their experience with this? Thanks so much!

Terri,
I'm looking forward to your thoughts on the Sideline DVD when you get it. I did the whole Total Body Workout today. It was just under an hour, but went by very quickly. I'm trying to decide if I want to order the Abdominal Strengthening DVD. If anyone has that one, I would love to hear about it. Danielle |

I feel like I'm waaaaay behind the times. My Back VHS that didn't play? Well, allaboutmassagers sent me a new one (it was part of the kit deal) and enclosed a pre-paid return label. Guess I should check and see if this one works but I have faith. Anyway, it seems that Yamuna's site AND allaboutmassagers are both very good vendors.
Now where the heck is my Erich dvd? Lexy |
