Circuit workouts similar to KS PY Circuit

Anyone know of any circuit type workouts similar to Kathy Smith’s Project You Circuit workout. I’m thinking of doing Travis Eliot’s Flexibility and Beyond which is basically every other day so I would like to fit in some cardio and weights on the other days. I borrowed Leslie’s Tone Every Zone Walks and this works too although a little easier than Project You. I have most of Cathe’s dvds but sometimes she can be harder than I want.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

If you do not mind older workouts, the reviews section has a circuit category for ideas:

If you have KCM DVDs, she has a lot of circuit premixes.

Project You Full Body Circuit alternates cardio and weights. the ones i can think of right away:

Michelle Dozois Your Body Breakthru Circuit
Karen Voight Burn & Firm
Tracey Mallett Get Your Body Back (designed with post-natal women in mind, but i got this way, way after my last child was born, and it's a solid workout w/o the "baby talk")
Tom Holland Total Body Workout (1999)
Jeanette Jenkins Hollywood Trainer Cardio Sculpt
Alison Davis The Firm Bootcamp Maximum Calorie Burn (doesn't use a step)
Rebekah Sturkie The Firm Total Body Time Crunch (has a shorter premix too)

there's some KCM and possibly Gilad that might fit the bill but the titles escape me at the moment. will post back later.

I looked and this one looks like it is on Daily Motion so I will take a closer look at it.

Bazr, thanks I will check out the ones you listed. I think I also have the Tom Holland one too.
