I am going to add one more, since I did it Saturday -- Thighs & Glutes [#293]. OMG! This was killer -- my quads and glutes are still talking to me two days later.

I'd like to just now add in Totally Toned Legs (Cathe Live 56) is kinda brutal! I did this one today. Hoping I'm not cursing Cathe tomorrow....

Did this one for the first time yesterday! Excellent and thorough! Good cardio effect too.

Hazel Porter, you were right on Legs for Days (264). At the start, I thought hmm, this isn't so bad, then shortly after, BAM, suddenly I realized it's going to hurt to get out of a chair later! That's a sneaky workout that builds like crazy and ouch! I probably shouldn't have gone a tad heavier than Cathe like I did in a few spots. Bad, bad, bad idea! I added it to my favorites, of course! Thanks for the recommendation!
