Body Bounce on Amazon Prime

Amazon Prime recommended this video to me and I had never heard of Body Bounce before-

I don't know how much exercise you would get with this video, but it looks fun!

Yes, it shows up as free for me when I'm logged in.

It is free for me when I am logged into my account. I am a prime member as well.

While this does not appear to be a big calorie burner, it does look like fun.

Before I bought a standing work station for work, I used to sit on a stability ball. I soon realized that my fitbit would log steps if I bounced on it. So...I spent a good portion of my day bouncing & my coworkers thought I was crazy...

NOW...can you imagine what they would think if I started doing these moves throughout the day?!?!

Okay so I want to do this....lol. It actually looks pretty fun and I can ignore the cheese factor and sloppy punching in the arm section. It shows up on prime for me and it's listed under the fitness section. I watched the entire workout and it looks like it will be a fun change of pace! Glad that you posted this or I would never had seen it.

It looks like fun to me, too! Like the adult version of the bouncy ball we had as kids with the handles.

I loved workouts like this till my favorite big ball burst and I went boom. Luckily, I was ok but now am fearful.
Still may give it a try ... carefully.
I do have an adult hopper ball with a handle which hopefully will not burst.
