Must do workouts on myyogaonline

A search for a downloadable Cameron Shayne Budokon workout (his clips on youtube were fascinating) led me to myyogaonline. A pop-up offered the first month at just $5. Voila! I find myself a member.

I plan to do the Cameron Shayne budokon yoga, of course.

I want to use my month wisely. I am looking for recommendations of the best or most creative routines. I like accessible (no advanced arm balances and inversions) yet reasonably intense workouts. I don't mind whether they are flexibility focused or strength focused as long as they are not too gentle.

I really like the foam roller practices by Anita Siez.

Gloria Latham's kundalini practices are rocking my world every morning at 530a. She's obviously wacky, but in a very effective, motivating way.

Janet Stone has some lovely practices on there. I love her Mellow Flow, but she also has some filmed specifically for MYO, most recently a series in Bali.

I also love Kreg Weiss and Mara Branscombe, but I don't know if I would consider them intense. Perhaps David Magone (Mangone?) would be a better fit. Eoin Finn has a number of DVD premixes on the site as well.

Anita Seiz's blends of Pilates and dance are also quite nice and are more challenging than they look.

Thank you so much for the responses. I was enamoured by Janet Stone when she first came on the VF radar, but have not done her yoga lately. I have Mellow and Ananda. Now I can try others. I plan to make a list and check out all the other options too. Except Eoin. I love his vibe, but don't click with most of his yoga. Hmmm...maybe I should give Eoin another go too.

If you want to try Eoin again, I love his Daily Dose of Bliss!

I also like Clara Roberts-Oss.

Good luck and have fun trying new instructors!
