Question Please Any Information On These Dvd Instructors???

Does ANYONE have any info on these dvds/instructors?? There is very little info out there on: LUCY KNIGHT'S new stability ball dvds, other than being done in voiceover, are they intermediate, are they good?? KIRA LANGOLF'S stability ball dvds-do they move a long as she instructs, are these good? RESIST-A-BALL's new dvds-cardio, yoga , pilates, toning?? Are these good??JULIANA AFRAM'S ROLLER WORKOUT, TRADITIONAL PILATES, MINI-BALL WOROUT AND HER NEW BASIC PILATES. Is she a good instructor??
I want to get these soooo bad but would like some feedback on them. So, PLEASE, I would really appreciate ANY opinions on:Lucy Knight, Kira Langdolf, Resist-a-Ball, and Juliana Afram. I love ball workouts for toning, yoga, pilates, stretching...you can do everything on the ball. I'm thinking of getting rid of my other dvds and just doing ball workouts. No dread factor for me and really helped my buldging discs in my lower back!! Along with my Leslie Sansone cardio.
Thanks soooooo... much!!!

I tried the Juliana Afram mini-ball Pilates once, thanks to a loan. I found her to be a capable Pilates instructor, and enjoyed her accent which seemed to be a blend of Carribean and German! The background was beautiful. Personally, I chose not to purchase the video because it was too slow for me in the beginning and then suddenly the moves got advanced toward the end. The flow just wasn't for me. Perhaps KathAl will pop in and give her more qualified opinion since she has used it more.

Smile Lucy Knight, Kira Langdolf, Resist-a-ball, And Juliana Afram???

PLEASE give me your opinions, postive and negatives, on these instructors. Would love your feedback. I know Lucy Knight's are done in voiceover, and Kira Langdolf's production value might not be that great, done like in her living room and are they dvd-r??, Resist-a-ball just came out with 8 new stability ball workouts, and Juliana Afram has a roller workout, tradtional pilates, mini-ball , and basic pilates. HELP!!

THANKS!!!

I've rented a few Lucy Knight's DVD's from NetFlix (they're not DVD-R) and really liked the leg work in her Bounce into Shape: 3 in 1 Gymball Workout. However, her other workouts didn't look very appealing on preview and I haven't done any of those.

I replied to your other thread about the same subject. Moderators - would it possible to combine the threads?
