From what I recall, I thought ithe workouts were tough. I'm recovering from surgery just now, and can't do anything except walking at present, so it's going to be a while before I try this one again. The ball is the best playground-sized ball that I have used . And it works great for other workouts, such as Margaret's. I like it better than her ball - it's larger and the surface is more "sticky", and depending on how much you inflate it, it can be a bit squishy too, which makes it good for holding between the legs. It's also really easy to inflate - you just use a straw and blow it up. I thought it might be difficult, but it wasn't.
