I agree about Sandahl. It's the "Broadway dancer" look. Hard to believe she was in her 40s at the time.

The dustiest of bunnies for me today, FIRM "Not So Tough Aerobic Workout", one of the Parts series. On VHS, of course.

Good steady pace, solid routines, worked up a sweat, even though I had to modify since I can't use a tall box any more. I loved seeing the guys they shanghaied into those videos, they look SO out of place.

There's a recent Article Link post about Jazzercise in its present incarnation. Made me nostalge for the past life of Jazzercise. I did one of Judi Sheppard Missett's paper workouts in the 80s and, a little later, one tape that eventually bit the dust (don't recall the title). The only cardio I do now is walking, but when I checked Amazon to see which of Judi's VHS tapes might still be available, I started to nostalge:

???? The Jazzercise Funk Workout (Judi and Shanna)
???? Simply Jazzercise
1988 Jazzercise/Super Session: Stretch and Tone
1988 Jazzercise: Fitness Formula
1988 Jazzercise: Super Session Fast and Fit
1989 Fit and Physical/ Jazzercise
1989 Jazzercise Fitness Now
1990 Let’s Jazzercise
1991 Jazzercise
1991 Jazzercise—The Best Yet Live
1994 Jazzercise: Body Sculpting
1994 Power Workout by Jazzercise
1995 Healthy Backs by Jazzercise
1995 Sports Stretch
1998 Jazzercise Circuit Training Workout
2002 Jazzercise: Tight and Toned

Does anyone on this check-in own/do any of the above? Wish they'd be re-issued on DVD, preferably as compilations. (I don't click with the new Jazzercise workouts (Shanna and crew).

Keli Roberts' Cher: A New Attitude (This was my first video workout -- not counting the one which came with my step) I did it several times in May and June. I still think it's a wonderful, fun workout.

Corey Everson's GHAS and Cathe's Upper Body Pyramids: I've been rotating these two. Love them both and get great results from them!

Today, I did Yoga Booty Ballet Bollywood Sculpt, and yesterday Turbo Kick Flashback. I had never tried these.

Such great workouts everyone is using - I'm enjoying reading these posts! Newer workouts have nothing on many of these programs.
Tomorrow I'm doing Firm Volume 1. Classic!

I did the floor section of Great Weighted Workout this morning. Admittedly, I had a take a couple breaks, and I didn't even use my "genie ball" (I have a 3lb pure barre ball that I started using then realized I was being a masochist). What a burner, and Karen gives great form pointers. I'm so glad I got this DVD during Mary's sale (used to have it on VHS back in the olden days)---it is a great addition to my leg workout options.
