Alta, I like Leslie’s Shortcuts for the Upper Body workout - it’s a nice basic weight workout. I’ve never done the lower body workout because I never lie on the floor to workout - I always have too much h help from my furry friends if I try to lie down.

Gams - are the mini walks from her mix and match Walk Blaster set or the mini walks that use the booster cables?
Short Cuts UB and LB comes on 1 disc, and Short Cut Abs is a separate disc in this series. for the UB workout, it's done seated on a chair, although you can easily stand and do the moves. i like to refer to this segment as Leslie's version of "Slow and Heavy" because you can easily heavy-up on your weights.
LB is all floor work toning. Abs is on the floor and she also works the back. both Short Cuts DVDs are outrageously priced.
edited to add:
i recently bought 2 DVDs from her "Walk At Home" era at reasonable prices from Amazon - Power Walking System and Burn Body Fat (3 workouts on 1 DVD).
