Amy Dixon Breathless Body 2 the edge - I did rounds 1-3, then the final blast.
This was the first time for me for this one. I purchased this in Mary's sale at the same time I got Ignite, and I definitely liked Ignite better. i was hoping to expand some of my HIIT options. This one was fine, and I really like Amy - it was more the format, I guess. For one, when I am doing high intensity, I like to be in and out - 30 minutes tops, thanks. I think this one could have been there with just a few premixes. Once I get to know things, I don't need an explanation of every move that takes up two minutes before every round. (?) This should have been an extra "learning" chapter, not on the main workout. The three repeater was not horrible, but one quick premix could easily have achieved a 30 minute workout w/o repeats. On the positive side, Amy was encouraging, her form was great and the moves and modifiers were all interesting and well-shown.

Boogie I.T. from Jessica Smith's WS3 - This is my 4th or 5th time doing it, and it finally clicked. The last few times I just didn't like it, but today I grasped the moves and I got a good workout.
