Favorite no-weight YouTube workouts for arms?

I'm having an issue with an elbow -- I'm not sure if it's tendon or nerve. But in the meanwhile, lighter weights are doable.

I've been enjoying Annie Taylor Efremsky's YouTube workouts, but they all have light weights. https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=...JWRBfux-1HHrul

Do you have any favorite, weight-free arm workouts on YouTube? I like short workouts (10-15 min) that I can add-on to things.

I did a Lucy Wyndham-Read workout this week, Your Best Arms (?). Unweighted and under 10 minutes. I think she has several other unweighted short workouts on her channel.

This one looks perfect!

And I guess I should clarify: bodyweight arms is too much, too. So no push-ups or triceps dips. Standing, unweighted arms is probably what I'm looking for.

I have a whole playlist for these!

(Ignore the fact that the very first one is standing abs; I just have it there to remind myself b/c I sometimes like to use that as an add-on.)

The second one listed, Armatics Taster with Hamelin D'Abell, is excellent, and the one after that is unweighted for the first half. Some of the others do use light weights, but the last 6 on the list are all unweighted (one uses a band).

This is a favourite travel one of mine but it does use a resistance loop.

I like Rebecca’s arm workouts. She does have tricep dips at the end, but you can just skip them. https://youtu.be/cF0niVnmMY0
