I traded for a couple of them to give to my sister when she began losing stamina, and tried them both. IIRC, they were Stand Up and Stretch, and Full Body Shape Up. Very gentle, but I liked them. I remember thinking on one of them that my sister's knees would not be happy with some of the moves. They have a nice variety in a beautiful setting.
Unfortunately, my sister never touched them. I would have taken them back, but she gave them away or threw them out. ETA: JustSandra reviewed them for us: http://www.videofitness.com/reviewsd...st.php?id=1340 |

I got the DVD'S yesterday and did the sitting Stretches one this morning. I liked it! It was gentle but not too much so. But I'm not sure how often I'll do it since it's a little long (35ish minutes). I have several nice 10-minute stretches so I'm more likely to do one of those when I don't have much time.
