Balance and Stretch

Is anyone familiar with a DVD that has these two components in the same workout? TIA

I did Tracie Long Core Movements 5/6 recently and it definitely had that. It’s been too long since I did the other ones, so I am not sure about them.

VCore, yes, but I think that’s heavier on balance than stretch.

Les Mills Body Balance, also referred to as Les Mills Body Flow in the USA I believe. Hard to find though, unless you go the 'Les Mills on Demand' route.

• No exercise can compensate for a poor diet. 😖
• Walking is phenomenally good for me. 😊
• Resistance training is critical. 💯

¹ Walk first
² Weights next
³ Cardio for fun
⁴ Add stretch & balance.

Jane Adams has a few Yoga DVD's that are both balance and stretches.

I have several of hers. There are quite a few workouts on each DVD. Do you know of a workout that has both together. TIA

Any of the practices that have "Balance" in the title would also include some Yoga which I think of as stretches. Maybe I'm wrong?

You could be right. But I was hoping for a basic full body stretch workout with balance work thrown in. Maybe Jessica Smith has something.
