I bought mine on Amazon in January and am on day 74 - 3rd round of doing a session from this DVD daily. Love it!

I've found they are designed to be used early in the day. He talks about taking this in to the rest of your day at the end.of.each. They feel too energizing for evening use. I'd like a DVD of ones for the evening, too. Needn't be 30 of them. The evening ones on his 7 Minutes of Magic DVD don't work for the arthritis in my hands. But I do like this program. He tends to do fewer different moves in a session and do each one for longer than he does in the 7 Minutes DVD.

I got this as part of a 3-DVD set a few months ago. The streaming version is not included, i.e. no coupon code in the case to download it and the description just mentioned the downloads for the other 2 DVDs. The menu takes you to groups of 5 days, e.g. Days 1-5,, Days 6-10, then you can skip to the next one. Each 5 days is the same location and outfit. On my DVD player I can restart from where I stopped even if I take the DVD out and put it back in after using other ones. Not all DVDs will do that on this player and none will do that on my other player, a Samsung. Both players are over 10 years old.
