I have the earliest version of the device. Been wanting to get another set so we can head to the park and do workouts together!

Yes, the door anchor will work just fine. When I was in my 'tiny' apartment. My front door opened into a walk space that if I hung a left I was in the galley style kitchen and hung a right was in the living space. I would place the door anchoring device (strap with a square firm pillow looking, although very firm) on the outside (exterior) of the front door and then deadbolt the door locked. From that top of the door strap, I would clip in my TRX and start my workout.

Depending on my angle and exercise. I was doing Chest Flys in the Living Area and Elevated Mountain Climbers w/ pushup in the Kitchen!
