A couple that spring to mind are Cathe’s STS Total Body, Muscle Max, Strong and Sweaty Total Body Giant Sets and possibly the total body workout on Intensity series Pyramid Upper & Lower.

Also if length isn’t a problem Amy Bento’s Slow Mo Strength has some total body premixes also her Drop Set Strength might work too.

I’m sure there are others. Hopefully you’ll get some more suggestions.

I've loved many of the videos from Fitness Blender.

In addition to the Cathe suggestions already posted, Maximum Intensity Strength is an oldie but goodie.

I don't know exactly what heavy means for you but Supersets and Push Pull are also total body workouts.

You can always use total body workout. Use heavy weight and slow down your move. You'll get less rep in the same amount of time. I love anything Cathe strength workout. To me, you can't go wrong with Cathe weight work.

What do you consider heavy? When I think heavy, I'm thinking workouts with 6-8 reps per set. Given that definition, STS Total Body and Muscle Max don't say heavy to me. They both have a ton of reps, from what I recall. I haven't tried Strong and Sweaty Total Body Giant Sets or the total body premix on Pyramids or Drop Sets, so I can't comment on that. Love Drop Sets though, how could I have missed that premix???

Kelly Coffey-Meyer's Muscle Up has three total body premixes.

Full Body Workout (both workouts & abs) is 67 minutes long.
Shorter Full Body Workout (2 sets of all exercises) is 49 minutes long.
Muscle Up First Set Pump is 29 minutes long.

There are eight reps of all but a few of the exercises. Things like abs, bridge work, and froggy squats have more reps.

I simply meant that those workouts have a slower lifting pace which allows for using heavier weights. I don’t think ALL heavy lifting has to encompass only 6 to 8 reps. Working out home it would be hard to have weights that would cause me to reach failure after that few of reps as my strength grows. What’s the harm in lifting a few extra reps if your body can handle it?
