Help! How do you store your dvds?

I am at my wits end! I am trying to pull my library together, and my dvds are still in bins after over a year. *don't judge me* I've looked at various dvd storage options and all have been found wanting (wire racks are not the look I'm going for, don't want to put my dvds in binders, Ikea dressers are too flimsy).

Does anyone have some suggestions for elegant storage for about 150* dvds? Maybe something made of hardwood rather than pressed wood? (Maybe I'm being too picky.) Other suggestions?

*I stopped counting a while back..

The site wayfair.com has some nice Dvd storage units. I will try to post a link later.

I have one of these along with the leaning desk version of the bookcase. I use the shelves above the desk area as well as three of the bookcase shelves. I have right at 150 dvds:

I have three of these bins and love it! Doesn't take a lot of room.

And this is what I use to put my dvds in:

Two houses ago I had a beautiful wicker 'bench' chest that you could sit on. The front opened down to reveal shoe storage compartments. I stored over 100 dvds/vhs in that compartment ala books on a shelf spines facing me (easy to read). The top where you sit? I displayed various dumbbells which made them easy to grab during workouts. I loved that thing (bought it at Costco).

I use something similar to this:

They have different sizes/prices depending on how big you want. I love mine.

I have 6 acrylic DVD racks from the Container Store. They store 14 DVDs each. I also have a double CD rack for the FIRM Express and Zip Trainer workouts that I put in jewel cases. It holds 26 CDs.

I just store mine in the same bookshelves I use for my dvds.
The stuff I use most often goes in front/on top.
