I just checked the site. I got no results searching by phone numbers but was successful searching by zip code and last name. So, the update is:

It won't let me check by zip and name only. It still wanted a phone number. If I put mine in, it says there's no shipping info and to call myself! Am I supposed to be putting in their number? I don't know their number.

The customer service number I have is 800 303 0429.

Use the customer service number of APY60 800 303-0429. HTH

The two search selections are "by phone number" or by "zip code and name", but both selections ask for the customer service number. I used the 800-303-0429 number. Sorry about the confusion.

Hmmm, when I check my order status it says my order is currently on hold and to contact customer service. I wonder what that means???
