I've sworn by K-Swiss Tubes for years now. I have the Tubes 150 and they are great for high impact cross-training workouts.

I really like my Nike Lunar Cross Element shoes. I've been wearing them since the fall and they are my faves. I think all my athletic shoes are Nike right now. These are very lightweight but supportive. They have mid-sole support which took a few workouts to get used to but now I love it for high-intensity workouts with lots of jumping.
